The process for customizing an LCD screen mainly includes the following steps:
Determine the design scheme:
Before the production, need to clear the size of the LCD screen, resolution, display content and post-production plan, is the basis of making high quality LCD screen.
Designing a PCB board:
Designing a PCB board is an indispensable step in making a TFT LCD screen. This includes drawing the circuit on the board, formulating the layout of the circuit and the controller, and performing circuit simulation to detect possible problems.
Making LCD panels:
Use special tools and raw materials to make LCD panels. This includes purchasing a glass substrate of the right size, machining the glass substrate with IC driver and transparent conductive film using high temperature firing technique, and printing the ITO electrodes on both sides of the substrate, for later connection to the controller.
Assemble the LCD:
With all the necessary parts in place, begins assembling the LCD. This includes attaching the LCD substrate to the frame, making sure the circuit board is properly connected to the controller, installing the LCD backlight, and performing final tests to make sure the parts are properly connected.
