Precautions For The Operation Of LCD Display Module

The liquid crystal display module is a component that integrates the liquid crystal display device with the control, drive circuit and PCB circuit board. It can be directly connected with the computer. When operating this kind of module, pay attention to the following points.

1. The display screen is made of glass. Do not apply mechanical shocks, such as falling from a height.

2. If the display screen is damaged and the internal liquid crystal leaks, do not let it enter the mouth. If it gets on clothes or skin, wash it off quickly with soap and water.

3. Do not apply excessive force on the display surface or the connection area of the LCD module, which will cause the color tone to change.

4. The polarizer on the surface of the LCD module display screen is soft and easy to scratch. Please handle it carefully.

5. If the surface of the LCD module display is dirty, wipe it with a soft dry cloth. If it is severely stained, wipe it with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (alcohol), dampened with a cloth.

6. Other solvents may damage the polarizer, especially water, ketones, fragrances, etc.

7. When using the mounting holes to install the LCD module, ensure that it is not twisted, bent or deformed. Deformation will have a serious impact on the display quality.

8. When installing the LCD module, do not forcibly pull or bend the I/O leads or the backlight leads.

9. Touching the TAB of the LCD module may cause abnormal display. Do not touch the TAB.

10. Do not disassemble the LCD module.

11. The NC pin should be left open and not connected to anything.

12. If the power of the logic circuit is cut off, do not input a signal.

13. In order to prevent electrostatic damage to the components, maintain a good working environment.

14. Avoid opening the circuit, and be careful about the operation of heat-sealing paper.

15. The edge of the glass screen is sharp, handle it carefully.
