1, LCD interface and screen line type

 

The LCD interface is divided into 60HZ and 120HZ and higher 200HZ and 240HZ. Different frequency driver board is different, the interface is mainly 30PIN chip, 30PIN clip, 51PIN clip, 51PIN and 41PIN double clip 120HZ screen.

Screen line type: Single 6, double 6, single 8, double 8. The 6/8 here refers to the number of screen line signal groups. 4 groups are single. 6 and 8 groups are dual. 6.5 groups are single. 8/10 Groups are dual 8-screen lines. A few higher ones are currently on the market. Note: The screen line is divided into left single/double 8, or right single/double 8. The power supply position is different, and the signal order is different.

2, LCD screen resolution

 

The most common 1024X768 is a 15-inch display

1280X1024 common 17 "/19" 4:3 kind of display

1366X768 Common 15.6 inch low split screen, 18.5 inch, 26 inch, 31.5 inch (is the common TV 32 inch)

1440X900 Common 19-inch display, special 1680X1050 or 1920X1200.

1920X1080 common is 37 inch, 39 inch, 40 inch, 42 inch, 46 inch, 50 inch, 55 inch, 60 inch, 65 inch and so on.

3, LCD screen (screen line power supply)

 

Notebook screen 3.3V/ monitor screen 5V/ TV screen generally 12V. Special 27 "with 5V power supply.

 

4. Point screen idea

 

Get the LCD screen first to confirm the resolution, power supply, backlight voltage (LCD TV is 24V), confirm the above parts, select the driver board, connect the power lines, screen lines (check the uncertainty with the digital multimeter quantity of each group of data lines, diode resistance value of about 100 ohms, and each group of similar not more than 10 euros. The red power supply line is blocked from the ground) After confirming the above OK, power on and write the corresponding resolution software. No need for motherboards that have been brushed with software.

 

5, high pressure plate interface definition

 

24V GND switch BLON Brightness adjustment ADJ or DIM

Connect 24V to the power board, and GND to the power board, switch and brightness adjustment to the relative position of the motherboard. When the brightness is dark, the brightness adjustment can be removed (disconnect).

 

6, LCD TV fault determination

 

First confirm whether the power supply is normal, whether the motherboard is normally turned on, and whether the screen power supply is delivered.

 

7. Modify the remote control receiving head

 

Adding a 4.7UF/16V capacitor to the 5V power supply pin can greatly improve the remote control effect. Connect the corresponding pin to the mainboard. The indicator is RED, green GRN middle pin GND.
