RXD096TFT a 0.96-inch small size IPS active matrix Normal Black TFT LCD Display with transmissive mode.
This display with size: 27.95 x 13.54 x 1.85 mm; active area 21.7 x 10.8 mm (0.96 inch).
Resolution of this model is 80×160 pixels (width 80 pixels x height 160 pixels) and every pixel is made up of three vertical strips of Red, Green and Blue dots.
It’s a IPS Display with wide viewing angle which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now.
This mini size 0.96” TFT LCD display module has built-in ST7735S IC and SPI interface.
The brightness of this display is 300 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 800:1.
LCM voltage ranges from 3V-3.6V, typical value is 3.3V. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.
